(1) When the authority formulates a physical plan in accordance with section 5 of the Act, for the sustainable development and management of Kathmandu Valley, it shall be formulated based on long-term development concepts, related policies, standards, thematic plans and maps, taking Kathmandu Valley as a single planning unit.
(2) After the Government of Nepal approves the physical development plan in accordance with sub-section 5.2 of Section 5 of the Act, it shall publish a notice containing detailed information of the plan in the Nepal Gazette for public information.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), such plan shall be deemed to have been implemented after the publication of the details related to the physical development plan in the Nepal Gazette.
